Contamination Characteristics and Ecological Risk Assessment of Dioxins in Surface Sediments of Nearshore Waters in Fujian Province

  • 摘要: 自《新污染物治理行动方案》正式印发并实施以来,新污染物监测已然成为生态环境领域的新热点。本研究使用同位素稀释高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱对福建省近岸海域22个表层沉积物样品中的17种二噁英(polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/polychlorinated dibenzofurans,PCDD/Fs)的含量进行检测,利用相关性分析和主成分分析法推断PCDD/Fs可能的污染来源,并运用毒性当量因子进行生态风险评估。结果表明,17种PCDD/Fs在福建省近岸海域表层沉积物中仅有1种未被检出,∑PCDD/Fs含量范围为58.7~3 980×10-3 ng·g-1(干质量),平均浓度为1 169×10-3 ng·g-1(干质量),浓度偏高区域主要集中在福州市的闽江口和厦门市的厦门湾附近海域。16种PCDD/Fs中含量最多的是毒性较小的八氯代二苯并对二噁英(octachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin,OCDD)。来源分析结果表明,福建省近岸海域表层沉积物中的二噁英可能主要来源于危废焚烧、交通排放和生活垃圾焚烧。生态风险评估结果显示,22个点位的毒性当量(toxic equivalents,TEQ)均处于较低风险水平。
