雨水中S(Ⅳ)的离子色谱分析及其保护方法的研究
DETERMINATION OF SULFITE IN RAIN WATER BY ION CHROMATOGRAPHY AND STUDY OF PRESERVATIVE METHOD

摘要: 本文研究了用离子色谱法分析雨水中S(Ⅳ)的色谱条件和含S(Ⅳ)样品的保存方法.采用HPIC-AS4分离柱、用2mmol·l-1Na2CO3/3mmol·l-1NaOH溶液作淋洗液、0.0125mol·l-1H2SO4为再生液、电导检测的方法,具有无干扰和灵敏度高等优点.而且在S(Ⅵ)的浓度为0—28μg·ml-1范围内,其浓度与响应值之间呈现出良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数在0.9995以上.S(Ⅵ)的检出下限可达0.007μg·ml-1.本文对合S(Ⅳ)样品保护方法的研究结果表明,用上述淋洗液配制的TEA溶液或甲醛溶液对含S(Ⅳ)样品有良好的保护效果,不仅可使S(Ⅵ)的浓度损失在两周内不超过6%,而且回收率均达到98%以上.Abstract: A method was investigated for determination of sulfite in rainwater by ion chroma-tography with HPIC-AS4 separator column and fiber-suppressor column.A 2mmol·l-1 Na2CO3/3mmol l-1NaOH elevnt was used for rain water analysis.Anions in water could simutaneously rapidly be determined with 13 min.The detection limit of sulfite by this method is 0.007μg·ml-1.Acalibration curve for sulfite from 0-28μg·ml-1 shows good linearity with r=0.9995 (n = 9).As the result it was found that sulfite in the rainwater could be kept stable for more than two weeks in the presence of 2.5mmol·l-1TEA/eluent or 0.02% HCHO/eluent.
