新污染物的调查监测需求分析
Analysis on Investigation and Monitoring Requirements of New Pollutants

摘要: 从新污染物治理的角度，研究不同国家和地区在污染物调查监测中的通行做法，梳理我国已有基础，系统分析新污染物治理中的监测类型分层划分依据、监测目标物质来源、监测布点及信息基础、环境介质的相关性选择原则以及监测频次等，提出可以服务新污染物筛查、评估和管控的监测需求，为开展新污染物调查监测提供支撑。Abstract: From the perspective of controlling of new pollutants, the present study focused on the practice of investigation and monitoring of pollutants in different countries and regions, combing the existing basis in China, systematic analysis of classification basis of monitoring types, source of monitoring items, monitoring points and the information foundation, the correlation selection principle of environmental matrix, as well as the monitoring frequency. It proposes investigation and monitoring requirements that can serve the risk screening, assessment and control of new pollutants, and provides support for the investigation and monitoring of new pollutants.
